Quartz looks pretty and Iron Blocks is too hard to make.

 

Well, the server is up. I'm testing it now to see if anything is broken, and I've noticed a couple things.

1. The vendors are a bit wonky. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Relogging on the client side fixes this, so it isn't huge.
2. I accidentally made the WHEAT-4-MEAT guy only accept Kosher meat.
3. Wild Pokemon are horribly destructive creatures. I watched a Mareep take out the item plaques Axe and I keep trying to place on his lab. All it does is hop around merrily and it brings about chaos and disorder to surrounding item plaques.
4. I enjoy making lists.

So yeah, feel free to hop on now. I won't be on for much longer, so if I broke something, feel free to get your pitch forks out and start a mob here on the forum thread.

EDIT: DarthKitten noticed right away that the vendor is providing Nether Brick and not Netherrack. Of course I mixed them up. I'm looking into ways to fix this without the server going down again, but if I can't you guys all get free bricks, so yay.

 

From my observations any pokémon has always done that. They can also destroy paintings.

EDIT: Also something neat I've realized is that when Corocoro stuff leaks, they just announce it instead of waiting an eternity even though everyone already knows.

 

They confirmed today that Cosplay Pikachu CAN in fact use its moves in battle. So, Pikachu Libre does get to kick some serious ass with Flying Press outside of contests. HOWEVER, it's limited to that specific Pikachu, unfortunately. There goes all my hopes and dreams of using Pikachu Libre as my main competitive Pikachu...

Server Stuff:
After I got back from whatever it is I do during the day, I ran some tests locally and found that I don't have to re-upload the whole world in order to edit it. As a result, I have removed the old vendors and replaced them with ones I made using a Bukkit plugin that actually allows me to edit the vendor. What a neat concept. Anyways, Netherrack is DEFINITELY what you will get when you trade in your Cobblestone with RACK-4-ROCK now. Also, I've convinced this vendor that he should at least accept Kosher meats even if he won't eat them himself. Be sure to remember how understanding Oliver is when you're trading him all the pork chops neither of you want.

Mega Ampharos behind a sub is actually the scariest thing in existence.

I really hope Mega Altaria is useful though. I really love that little fluffball.

 

......... Says you. I don't remember exactly how many I have in my lonely little chest, but I have at least two stacks of them, possibly three.

I think I managed to get a Metal Coat last time I was on the server... Will see about getting on at some point to check. Or you can just go and nab it from my chest. I won't mind.

 

I'm... Ice Type? I believe? Certainly fits my preference for elemental magic in games.

Zapdos you can spawn though. Groudons pretty impressive.

Groudon I got from Gravik. It was in return for helping him dig + Leftovers.
But if you want to be mad at something, Drago got Gravik's Rayquaza, just for finding his base.

 

Yeah, I saw. If I knew the prize was a Rayquaza, I woulda claimed my reward awhile ago... Ah well. I'd much rather catch my own, if ever.

 

With my internet it takes way more effort to make one block of iron than it takes to smelt a stack of cobble.

You know... Every time they put up a round of mega evolutions... there's always ONE pokemon that makes me wonder... WHY!?

Like, I always wondered why Mewtwo needed yet another power boost. Or why Banette got one over so much other stuff.

In the new batch, it's Lopunny (This thing is popular? Really) and Slowbro (As if that things not strong enoguh already... also, it looks stupid. And Audino? I like its new typing, but... when was this thing more than a punching bag? I never saw it online, ever.
