Now that you're a Clan Member, You are now able to enter Clan Tourneys... but ya might wanna practice & train hard at Poke Combat & Mad Pokescience before ya actually do such a thing.


I feel humbled to have gotten so far, only to fall in the Final Round. This Tourney was awesome carnage all around, I dunno how I did as well as I did when my Head Problems can sometimes make me, my Prediction Skills, & general brain in general screwy & weird, & it was fun to participate in.

Maybe by next Tourney, we (aka KS) can figure out why that Google Docs thing was bein a little screwy... otherwise, can't think of anymore complaints about how this Tourney went about.

With that said, can use a good long rest before the next Tourney, as i'm behind on my Mad Pokescience, & I was mad lucky that I had this Dad Free Weekend. I always gotta hope I can even make it into a Tourney at all the way my RL can be so unstable. I need to get more Mad Pokescience done in general. (Still on my To-Do List: 2v2 Team, Mono Dragon Team if I can ever figure out how to make one that Fairies can't just curbstomp, STABmon Team, 3v3 Team, & whatever else my weird as hell brain can cook up.)

Entry Guide into Competitive Pokemon Battle, in a sort of Power Point format and then hopefully into a video format.
The idea is that it's to cover:
-EVs
-IVs
- Breeding
- Destiny Knot, Everstone, Ditto, etc.
Notes, Rules, Tips, Advice, Etc.
-Both unofficial, official, etc.
-Preparing to pick your team (ex: Look up sites like Smogon for example, understand that while Dunsparce may be cute and all, he also kinda sucks)

The reason I kind of want to do this is because one of the reasons I know a lot of people simply won't touch the competitive scene is because they don't seem to understand that your starter is going to be outclassed by properly trained and incest bred pokemon instead, and/or they don't know how to go about doing this.

 

Apprentice, please use terms I understand.

 

In order to legitimately obtain pokemon of perfect IVs, you'd normally have to breed pokemon to reach that.

Apparently there is a 0.0000000729% chance of finding a pokemon in the wild (excluding the Friend-Safari) with perfect IVs. I want to include breeding because it is a part/factor of the legitimate side of things.
I want to make the guide to help bring in some of the more casual players who simply do not understand these things and/or even HOW to obtain Competitive Level pokemon.

It probably needs some kind of flash player, which I doubt smartphones have.

 

Have that on mine and tried it. Worked but kinda laggy and only forfeiters.
