Ok serious now, stuff in house is done, have all the time in the world to fight, if anyone wants to fight let me know. I do also doubles and UU now.

So, the final battle is coming up. Considering who we have battling, we really can't name a set time. So, what I can do is give you all a 15 minute heads up before the battle. It's not much, but if you're following the thread it should be enough so you can make it.

In terms of when this battle "may" happen... it'd be in a few hours at the least, or even later at most. If you guys are in the Steam group, I'm going to post an announcement there for the battle as well, in case you're in game or something.

He won't be able to do it with his Pokemon anyways, so there's that.

Well folks, that just about wraps everything up. Thanks to all of you who joined us and followed along. A big hand to @Galactic Mindswipe for helping things go a hell of a lot smoother. I don't even think I need to explain to you all just how helpful he's been, considering he's the one who set up and witnessed a lot of your battles.

In terms of this tournament, I think it went well. Well enough that I can definitely see doing another one in the future. I think we've found a format that works for us, though it could use a bit of tweaking. I certainly have a few ideas for improving, and I'm interested in some of yours. Let me clarify by saying I am not looking for tier or metagame suggestions for the next one. That will come later. For now, I just want to know how you guys felt about the format we used. Specifically... did anyone use that Replay document I made? Yeah, the other stuff like round length is important... but seriously, that document.

 

I liked the tournament,
I hope I can one day be good enough to try.

On a side note: Does Showdown have some form of friend list system?

 

Nop. Zarel is far too lazy to do that kind of thing.
