How about a planet made almost entirely out of clouds? Those clouds would of course be "solid", so you could walk on them. The planet would mostly be inhabitated by birds and birdlike humanoids! houses built out of cloud blocks, guns that use some chemicals to shoot out solified clouds, like the ice rod in terraria! So?
i think that to get on the planet you need some sort of special suit or boots, if you don't you will just fall through the clouds. Think of cloud mario from mario galaxy for example. This is an interesting idea though.
Hmm, like Bespin? (Starwars reference). Either the clouds could be solid or the inhabitants found some way to create hovering space stations and harvest the water from the clouds to supply themselves, could be the most pure water in the galaxy!
Well, I got the idea from "One Piece". It would certainly be a lot of fun to be on such a planet, but what will be there, if you fall down? most probably water!
underneath the clouds are obviously....... MORE CLOUDS!!! Anyway, i would be fine with water as the core of the planet, you fall through and go swimming
