So i tried to revert/uninstall a mod that makes a non marry-able person marry-able like this one and even after taking it off the character still needs a bouquet to get the last 2 hearts and has single under their name. Would anyone here know how to fix this?
You'll need to find your NPCDispositions.xnb file and either unpack it and change the character's "datable" element to "not-datable", or somehow restore it to its original form. I think there's a way to do that via Steam.
@ArtiusTheFox Do you have any other modifications to your NPCDispositions file? I think I have an unmodified backup of it if you need it.

Ok thanks I feel relieved now but anyways, I was just wondering do you think it would be a good idea if some of the spouses give gifts like furniture during their heart events? Like for example Leah is the only one that actually gives an item during a heart event but all the other bachelorettes do not.
Heyo I love this mod it must've taken ages and a lot of dedication to make its really good! I was wondering if it were possible to change to Wizard's name, dialogue and MAYBE portrait and sprite (If not I've found a different one) to a Witch? I don't know how to do this, I made another thread about it and was advised to ask you. I just wanted to marry a witch is all, don't worry if its a hassle, you should probs work on more heart events and bug fixes and stuff but MAYBE in the future maybe? Thanks, Hank
That isn't a bad idea. I would just have to come up with a reason and an item for them to give. It wouldn't necessarily make sense for Clint to say, give the player a chair, but I can see how that could work with more customized furniture - say like a barstool from Gus or something. --- Post updated --- I'm sure it's a possibility, although I haven't tried name changes before and it would surely require API modding. I have no plans to do anything like this in the future as it wouldn't really fit with my mod, but I'm sure that it can be done.
Can you be more specific? Did you have my mod before and are having trouble updating, or is this the first time you've tried to use it? I would try redoing everything. Follow the instructions in the readme.txt very carefully. If you miss one part it can mess up the mod's functioning. --- Post updated --- Trying to decide what features to add in the next version along with the events. I may release the post-marriage events with the 8 and 10 heart events because that seems to be a popular option.
I love your mod, Siv! It is a nice addition to the game! However I think I found a minor bug. When I go to see the Wizard at about one thirty he is nowhere to be seen and if I touch the trapdoor my game crashes. I am not sure why that happens at all. Might I be able to just remove the wizards schedule xmb without it bugging out his new additions? Any help is appreciated! Thank you! ^ o^
No, removing his schedule xnb won't be good because he needs some of those lines post-marriage. However, I will look into this error, so thank you for posting. Are you using any other mods with mine?
Quite a few mods but yours is the only one that has such drastic changes. My other mods just change the appearance of people/things.
What was the weather when this happened? What heart level were you at with the wizard? And what season?
It is a brand new game so year one shortly after the flower dance to avoid glitches. Late spring - early summer. Zero - 1 hearts with the Wizard. Though I just had a thought. After finding that minor bug I went to the Wizard again a couple days later and he was absent from the tower. I knew better than to touch the trap door but I did find him over towards the pond to the East. Every time my game crashes he is never present when I touch the door, so I wonder if it happens still when he is there? BRB, I'm going to check real fast. EDIT: Okay so the problem seems to be when the Wizard is not present. Initially I got to his tower at seven thirty in the morning, touched the trap door and everything was fine. I was saved by his dialogue box. Ten thirty comes rolling around and he leaves the tower so I go to check it out, touch the door and BOOM! Game crash.
I don't know what's happening from a code perspective to make this happen, but I assume the game is crashing because you are trying to enter the basement when you haven't gotten 4 hearts with the Wizard yet. Because by default he always stands there in his house, he's always there to tell you not to go in, so you can't go in. If you don't have the proper affection level but he's not there, the game gets confused and crashes. This might be an error I'll look into in the future, but it's not a high priority - for now, respect Rasmodius' wishes and don't try and enter his basement until he trusts you more. ;^)
I just couldn't help myself and had to see what would happen if I touched the door! Best warding spell I have ever seen! So the moral of the story is don't touch the Wizards stuff until he likes you. Got it!
Hi all, I added a new poll option: edits to baby/toddler sprites depending on who your baby's parent is. Someone else has a recolored babies mod for the default marriage candidates, but I would expand on the idea and edit them further (hairstyles and clothes).
