Um... there has not been an update to Stable Starbound since August, so yes, it should be just fine. Just follow the readme.

Mac! this is urgent, i tried applying the mod, but it gave me...

I tried removing the mod and now i cant log in to my server. What do i do!

Well he is right. If you did it properly, it would work. So go back and double check everything.

yes i did.
i also had 2 m8s also testing never worked :/

but placing 2 files into a folder was "2 ez 2 b true"

 

Are you sure you installed it correctly? like, 100% absolutely sure?

 

Looking at your pictures, actually, I'm confident you didn't install it correctly. You put the modinfo in your mods folder instead of the folder containing the modinfo file...

 

The readme only says where the universe file is supposed to go nothing about the modinfo file so i thought it is suppost also to go into /mods ... where should i place it instead ?

PS: my hole Satrbound folder contains by default no modinfo file neither does the server installation...

thats what i did with both files as u can see in my screenshot of SCP

 

So in your mods folder, you have a folder that contained these files? Your image shows otherwise.
