Building/Ship Show off your house :D

I ended up wanting a fresh start so I went and wiped my universe folder and experimented with a few different combinations. So far this one's my favourite, was trying to imagine what an Avali and Human mixed colony would look like.

 

Are this Solar Collectors from a Mod, or is this actual Game Content?
Sorry, havn't played the Game for a while, so I don't know what actual is possible. ^^

 

The Solar Panels are one of the power generators from the Frackin' Universe mod. So they serve an actual purpose on top of looking pretty.

Got sidetracked today trying (and failing) to teach myself how to pixel art. But still managed to get a couple of extra buildings done for my colony.

Ironically enough , of the two the bridge took the longest to build because I just couldn't figure out how I was going to structure it.

EDIT: Quiet day for this thread, so I'll just add this here instead of a new post.

Just a couple of small buildings this time, mainly just to try out a few additions to decoration of buildings.

 

I really like your eye for bringing together different contrasting elements. I don't recognize some of those wall textures or the canopies though -- I assume they are from mods? Do you mind sharing which ones you use?

A good majority are the "Plasteel" materials from Frackin' Universe, but there's a lot of Avali materials as well. On another note, managed to reach the point where max zoom is almost not enough to capture the whole thing, I didn't realise it had gotten that big already.

 

Hmm, I have Frame Problems with my Game.
New Graphiccard, actual Drivers, and the Game becomes sometimes so slow, I could start a slideshow. -.-
Not only in the Outpost and the Lab (Fracking Universe), but also in my own Home, burried in a Mountainside on the Start Planet.
I hope Chucklefish Devs will get to that Problem in the next patch...
