There are some fantastic architects 'round here. I stumbled upon a barren planet so I hope to be putting any skill I may have to the test soon. We'll see just how transferable my Terraria hours are...

 

Love the new Arid Biomes in the nightlies. Decided to build something. My Novakid's house/secret laboratory.

What mod did you use for the furniture? It looks pretty cool.

 

Its a little mod I've been working on but haven't released..
If you really like it I could post it here for all to use, But its for building in admin mode only at the moment..! Also a bit rough around the edges..

I actually ended more pleased with how the greenhouse-cellar looked than the mansion above. The lighting, the tight spaces, it simply turned out to have a nice mood. Next time I might use this template for a completely subterranean village.

I found a system with 3 barren planets so I started building the other day. Here's the first structure... I just let Starbanger take over
and he ended up building some kind of mushroom villa... thing...

 

I love the waterplants with acces to the ocean

This was a little, Castlevania Style House, that I made for my Pony Character some Time before.
To bad, it was in the Unstable Build, and after I switched to nightly Build, it wasn't useable anymore and I had to deleate it...
Was very nice to try some stuff out, there are soooo many furnitures and other stuff, that I couldn't bring them all in. xD
Really a great Mod. ^^

I was going for a professional look, ya know?
I wanted to see the world so I put no windows. It's an awesome way to see the world around us. Who needs beds and other fancy doodads when Ive got the soil that gently massages my body as I sleep on the ground.

No. I'm kidding!! I just been to lazy to build a GOOD house!

This was the House I made him, because the one before was only a deep, moist hole in the earth. xD


He was so thankful, had made a vid for each house. ^^
(Even if he forgett my Garden on my house. ^^ )

This house was... uh... 'inspired' by some of the other stuff I've seen in this thread.

 

I... hum... I exaggerated. This is my Viera village.








Now it's time to make a military base for my soldier!

 

I came across a barren planet near the ocean world im setting up the start of an underwater outpost... me being a massive pack rat decided to use the planet as a storage area and since im planning to use the entire planet as one central storage hub for all my characters it's no where near done.

So I had the idea but then I thought "How would I make it look?" so behold the beginings of The Junkyard!
...which is consequently my home until the ocean base is up and habitable, guess thats a thing xD

Just try and ignore my horrible image editing skills... I suck at it ;-;

Edit: Forgot to mention, im no good at building so frankly im shocked at how well it's going... then again it's literally just throwing trash and random junk everywhere
