Believe it or not this is my first home. I started playing this game a couple of days ago with my friends on my friends server and I collected all of these materials from the buildings we found on planets IF you want to play with me let me know! this planet is very cold lol

The first container in the entrance room of the house has 2 sets of snow armor for myself and any visitors I may have!

 

how are you guys not freezing to death? on my world my home needs space heaters to counter the cold -.-

Can't say it's my 1st ever home lol, but as of the last wipe this is my home.

 

simple but it feels cozy to me.
not quite finished yet, I will add some more decoration over the next days.

Well, here is my start on my first home. I prefer to keep my home as a one story above ground and then start building underground. This is just the start, I still need to line the rooms and put in the proper background etc. As it turns out on my home planet is the prison so there is a TON of materials to go and gather and use for wall lining, background etc. Just have to get the ambition and time to go and dismantle the prison walls.

 

After looking at your guy's houses, im a bit embarrased xD

Very cool. Since there are no functional buckets or pumps yet, how did you do this? Are you mining paths to underground lakes and then using those paths to drain the water into your house?

 

Yes it takes ages to fill + you should make big water incomes like to gather many paths above and flush all at the same time else water
disappear.
