By the time you can buy chickens you should have tech. The basic Distortion Sphere costs about 10 Gold Bars after the other tech demos.
A quint little house build on a toxic world. There is near constant Acid Rain, so I'm going to need to build a porch outside. But other than that, I'm very pleased with the result. PS: Pay no attention to the lights in the dark. There's no secret entrance to a secret lair there.
Finished my second barn for the electric fluffalo. Turned out quite a bit bigger than the first one, although the barn part is roughly the same size.
I'm having hard time to make things that.. um beautiful shapely. Everything i made tend to be boxy for some reason... Still struggling to make it beautiful and shapely.
Make towers, bridges or even something with a pyramid shape. That's the easiest way to avoid boxy houses. There is also this guide: The Builders Paradox (Improve your builds) Tutorials
munari-race stuff. General Store works fine. Only the interface is a little buggy. Boxes is easier to do.. (─‿‿─)
Boxes... so many boxes. Boxes with vines. Boxes with very monotonous patterns. You want to keep a flow or a theme but avoid monotonous building.
Zadiya's Poison Citadel. During beta she lived in her poison castle. I decided to give her an upgrade with 1.0. Full album is here. https://imgur.com/gallery/8R62J#25jmHrI
My 2nd early farm, designed to take advantage of the rain. Gonna move on to another one soon. either on a posion or a ocean planet.
Poison planet rain is deadly though, might not be the best. Poison resistance EPP upgrade does make you resistant to poison water, not but acid rain. ;( It was safer for me below the surface than it was above.
I'm so happy there's finally Hylotl stuff! When I stopped playing the beta (because I figured I should let the game rest a little before the official release, to build up my hype again), there were no items around the Hylotl, and I love them. So, here's my storage building. Beginning from the lower left, we have clothes & armor, blocks sorted by style, books and other collectible, upper right I don't know yet, weapons and finally furniture at the bottom. Sorry for the German signs!
I love the train wheels. Teach me o master, how to be good at building. Also, are blocks easy to mod in? I am thinking of making some of my own, but I have no idea if I need l33t coding experience to add one.
How do you make wooden logs look like that when you have more than one next to each other? No matter what I try, they change appearance as soon as I have more than one in a horizontal line...
