I think there should be a bell on the shop counters for when the shop owner (like Pierre or Marine) decide to walk around their business. If they are busy they will tell us, or if they can serve us they will walk back over to the counter when the bell is pressed. This keeps the shops open at their actual times and not having people waiting til the next day because Marine has decided to stand in her kitchen or Pierre is sorting out the shelves.
