me and the team of people who made mT's spaceship mod had to make a new mod since the last was so damn broken i just made this to reserve it's spot

I'm glad there Is so much Interest still in the ol mod, just remember people Its a complete reboot so it can take some time

However Sid and I have plenty planed for the future of the mod, we just need the extra fuel from the community

I actually didn't realize that Sid went ahead and made a stub page for the mod :L well the more you know lol

Yeah I came up with the new name because the old name sounded a bit lengthy

The name is a homage to Starstructor unfortunately it hasent been updated past the enraged koala update ...... which was forever ago now

I don't see how it shouldn't be incompatible ...... oh wait I See ok well it shouldn't be a problem I will take note of it

Those of you with modding knowledge should know that we are indeed in need of a few individuals who are skilled with lua and starbounds api

My focus for the mod today :
Implement new Item/crafting material assets
Tilesets using SIDofEvil's Custom template Should be back in (two for each race atm)
discuss with SIDofEvil about Implementing new templates for better object collisions (namely all the old stuff because most of it had no/bad collisions)

 

Since you guys are remaking the mod, do you think there could be a way to make special stations for each set of ship parts? Like Apex, Novakid, and Floran crafting tables? The huge list of stuff is really difficult to go through. It's just a suggestion though. No biggy if that is really difficult.

 

Unfortunately my knowledge of the language does not allow me to speak it without errors. But! Don't you like people speaking other languages?

 

Seconding this, organisation would be really handy, please.

 

Will this mod be usable with already existing universes? I really want to use this, but would hate to start over if the dev time takes a while.
