Bug/Issue Ship Pet ate my Bandages

So I went idle on my ship for a while, starved to death, dropped my items, and after a while I noticed that I didn't have any of the 300 nanowraps I had on me. It only took throwing a bandage on the floor to realize that the ship pet actually eats healing items.
This is pretty ridiculous, because the ship pet has no health, and those things are too useful to waste on them anyway.

Also, trying to use search in this forum seems useless. Either that or no one ever reported this before, which I doubt.

 

the pet is nosnense anyways it eats TONS of food and no oen at chucklefish ever considered the pet when changing the food anyways. we can't tack food, and the pet bowl only has ONE slot, and even if it had more the food would rot anyways.

but yes the cat even LOVES nanwraps as food lol, so thats a good stackable source of food xD
