Hi folks. Since Chucklefish don't want to spoil everything new and fun by desscribing all new content in future release blogs (fair decision), I thought we could have a spot where we can post our new in-game discoveries.

If you like spoilers you can come in here and see what you've missed, and if you want to discover everything by yourself, stop reading.

It sounds like you are too lazy to have a look at already very lively threads where exactly this has been done since the first playable beta.

I wasn't thinking so much along the lines of specific coordinates. Just more of a "hey look there's unicorns now! click the spoiler tag for a screenshot." There's no need for snarky comments, man.

I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE.

But anyway, capturing dogs will really let you down. Caught mine in a threat level 9 planet, and once captured it has the hitpoints of like... well as if it was captured in the Alpha sector. And it won't hurt enemies. Heck, if you whack one and watch it, it runs up to you and starts biting, but nothing happens. And they'll still get left behind if you teleport back up to your ship while they're out and about. Instead, I slapped the dog in my ship and kept an eye out for more in case I want my village/creation to be populated by 'em.

 

Oh, that's why you went into so much detail describing your idea. Not to mention the excellent example you have given by the dozens of cool screenshots you yourself started this thread with. I see.

 

Someone needs to get laid...
