Make tiny boxes for the NPCs to spawn and buttons underneath, then lure the Destroyer there and ENJOY THE CHAOS.

btw, went to both those place (Hiroshima Nagasaki) they're in great shape now.

 

Its one of the randomly assigned personalities. Its called clumsy or something of the sort. The personality type tends to kill itself rather often (accidently setting itself on fire, etc).

 

I think there is a difference in clumsy and a freak of nature though.

 

They're so clumsy that they accidentally summon explosions from another dimension.
