Bug/Issue Server IP 0.0.0.0?

As the topic states, why is the sever IP showing up as 0.0.0.0 and the firewall rules are set up for the program and the router is configured to foward the 21025 port. any reason as to why it's doing this?

 

Dunno why it's showing like this but It's meaningless as far as I know, just use your IPv4 address to connect to the server and ignore the server message. It's the same for me and I can connect just fine.
