Closed server crashing

anytime i try to host a server i keep having the server app crash, heres a screenie of the console and the errors it reports when crashing

system specs
amd fx-6300 (3.5 ghz, 6 core, no OC)
8GB ddr3 1600mhz ram
radeon hd 7870 1ghz edition
2tb hdd
win7hp 64bit

EDIT: on a side note, i have the steam early access version if that makes any kinda difference?

 

I am getting the same problem.... Tried running as administrator in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win32\starbound_server.

 

Similar errors here as well. Both starbound_server.exe and starbound.exe are set to run as administrator. I've gotten starbound_server.exe to run successfully a few times, but mostly I'm stuck with singleplayer. Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Hey all. Like a lot of people here I've been running into this issue with my server. I lost one universe and thought I had lost another one today. None of the suggestions I've found so far were working for me so I tried a couple things. I just now fixed my second universe, then tried it on my first one and it worked too! I hope it ends up working for other people, rather than another one that only helps a couple, haha.

Anyway, all I did was went to my universe folder and after I tried moving all the files around in different orders found that after removing the playerCodex.db file and starting the server everything worked perfectly fine, and everything is still in both of my universes.

Another work around is to delete playercodex.db in the universe folder.

I tried to delete the universe folder, and then it worked fine. Now I get this again...
