This server is one of the best I've been to.There's ALWAYS something fun to do in the server,and you'll always be able to roleplay with others without having to deal with corrupt admins or a mean community.

I'd hate to burst your bubble but custom races are not accessible to new players. Heck! I've been on the server for long and am yet to acquire other custom races.

Either way come join us. We have bacon among other things .

 

The custom races cost a fair amount of credits (IC and OOC currency) to unlock. This is because our modder has assigned each race unique item blueprints and crafting options from the variety of mods in Serenity. Some of the custom races, for example, can craft mechs that the other races cannot.

Also, each race - custom or vanilla - has its own unique ship blueprint.

The cost is high since the admins are still testing the custom races and working out bugs. Once this process is done and they're satisfied that the balance is okay, the cost will lower significantly.

 

Ok, if that is the system, then sure, I see no reason not to go here. I do hope the avali mod gets sorted eventually, but if it will take a long time to reach anyways, then I might as well get started. Can't wait to see you guys on the server!

What you're looking for is the center-top button that says 'New Character Application' right underneath the Serenity banner on every page of the web site.

 

I really hope that when the game is fully released, you guys do a shot-for-shot recreation of Firefly via Starbound. Because that'd be awesome.

Just a quick question, how active does one have to be to enter the RP server? I have a bussy schedule but I love to RP,

 

If your application is accepted, you can be as active as you like. RL always comes first. If you have a busy schedule, I would shy away from leadership positions or assuming major in-game responsibilities or mantles of authority. Otherwise, play however you like!
