Bug/Issue Seed Maker Disappearing after use

Started playing again after the latest update and took out my seed makers to prep some strawberry seeds on the first day of spring.

I use 8 seed makers arranged in a square with my character at the center and since the update 2 of the 8 seed makers explode/disappear upon collecting the seeds. This issue repeats after crafting replacements, but seems to stop when just 6 seed makers are in use.

Never had this issue in the past.

Upon some further testing, placing 2 new seed makers a few spaces away from the others, the issue is not present. So this seems to happen specifically when the 8 seed makers are arranged around the character in a square.
