Bug/Issue Secret Notes Show Up As Error Items

I got the magnifying glass for the secret notes, but whenever I find one while mining they show up as "Error Item" followed by whatever number they are. On top of that, if I receive one while fishing, my entire game crashes and I lose the day's progress, which makes me really afraid to fish.

I was worried that it was the Longevity mod I had installed, but even after uninstalling it, this is still happening. Does anyone have a fix?

 

Sounds like you have an out of date object data file (most likely from an older mod). Reset your content files.
