Bug/Issue Sebastian's bouquet rejection...

So I host a multiplayer server for a friend and I, and recently we've both gotten the message from pierre about bouquets for our intendeds.

We both purchased one, and went to give them to our respective interests(Shane for me and Sebastian for my friend)

Shane accepted readily(woohoo!)

Sebastian keeps saying "haha, nice joke."

We've tried expanding their house, moving their house, everything we can think of, but still Sebastian is rejecting the bouquet. Help?
