I've added the first pet evolution. In alpha4 you'll be able to evolve your Chicken into a FriedChicken phoenix: It's pretty badass. Neither of the other pets so far would be able to take out that entire screenful of enemies so quickly. I've been working on a new cutscene this week too: The language is R'lyehian. It's just a Lovecraft/Cthulhu reference, not something you have to work out to play the game. What do you think? Needs more evilness? There are more screenshots on my ScreenshotSaturday blog post.
