Bug/Issue Screen Stutters When Background Scrolls

    When I am moving around and the screen is scrolling, part of the screen will freeze/stutter. I have run the game using windowed, windowed borderless, and fullscreen modes and encounter this issue in each. I have also turned VSync on and off.

    OS: MacOS Catalina 10.15.2
    MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
    Processor: 2.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
    RAM: 8GB 1867 MHz DDR3
    Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
