Closed Screen keeps messing up in-game

    Ever so often, my screen begins to flicker and mess up to the point where it's unplayable. My only counter to this is tabbing out and tabbing back in, or shrinking the window and enlarging it again. However, it begins to happen again and again, even when Im not in the main menu (which my screenshot shows). Any idea to a fix to this?
