Screen Flickering!

Yes, yes I know vsync off, I'm telling you now that doesn't work and gives me MAJOR screen tearing don't even reccomend it to me, but as the title says I have been having a screen flickering happening to the bottom portion of my monitor and sometimes it goes up to the center, do you know of any mods that could cause that or a reason its happening because this seems like an old issue from the other discussions I've seen of this.

i have the same problem, but only on the menu, and only effects the backround, i do not know what mod i have that fixes it ingame, if its only the backround, is it possible that you could download a frame rate booster that effects the backround or a backround overhaul mod?

if that isnt a solution, i am sorry for not being able to help, and hopefuly it just fixes itself

 

I made a thread about this issue earlier, and yes, I can confirm that this is still happening.

Disabling V-Sync fixes it, but, like you said, at the expense of severe screen tearing / weird latency.
This doesn't happen when you play on windowed mode though— for me, that's the only way to play I have. In Fullscreen the flickering is too annoying to ignore.

It'd be nice to receive a response from devs, at least to know that they're aware of this bug...
