Picture is bigger (and sloppier :^O) than I anticipated! My bad. Appearance Gahariets are a group of (semi)humanoid creatures. They have a human-like torso, arms, and hands. The skin of its torso is a dark gray. It's lower body is a hairy, serpentine tail. The hair on its lower body is a dull and mossy green. Its eyes are a faded yellow, and have narrow, horizontal pupils. A layer of keratin is formed around it's face, dampering attacks to it's head. It has tall, notched horns made of the same material. They are twice the height of humans from horn to the tip of the tail. Their tails undulate rhythmically. Behavior They are an egg laying, nomadic species. They have their keratin masks fully grown once they hatch, although it is much thinner than that of an adult's. Gahariets wander in groups of 2-3. They carry crude weapons like branches, stones, or a combination of the two. They are do not actively seek out conflict, but will attack when the player is within a small range of it, or its group. They are herbivores, and won't attack creatures for food. During combat, Gahariets will either use their ramshackle weapons or thrust with their horns. Habitat Gahariets tend to gravitate toward swampy areas or caves. In moist, warm climates. They do not have established homes, preferring to wander from place to place.
I'm not entirely sure why, but the unique design inspired me to make some pixel art for it! Its probably not all that great, but you can use it if you please. Please just give me credit, wherever its due.
