Save Loading Issue(ios)

I just recently encountered a problem where it shows my save file and game, but it won’t let me load it whatsoever. I looked through the troubleshooting thread but nothing worked, the files there but the game won’t load it. I’ve been able to repeat it multiple times. I’m using an iPhone 6 with ios 12.1, and with the newest game update. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
