I wonder if there will be websites that host downloadable characters to be used, I would really lose interest in starbound if that happens, it really ruins the experience knowing that most players in multiplayer are possible copies

 

Thanks! Quite fond of the helmet, as well. I've gotten it on two characters so far, both of which got broken, as of a few minutes ago on the second haha... (by the way if you get teleporter tech don't use it too quickly or your character will break just a fair warning.)

Wouldn't be way too surprised, honestly I doubt /most/ people would use them even then though. In a game like this the process is the majority of the game, building constituting most of the rest, though certainly there would be some. As is I think it's already possible to mod the files to get any items anyways, though it'd take a bit more knowledge. But yeah ah well.

Um.. I'm not sure what the name is, but it's made of Rubium, it's the human race armor. (The top and pants are floran, though.) if you're not human, could maybe find someone to make for at some point, or npcs who sell it though yet to encounter non-hostile humans myself. But yeah, Human Rubium helmet.

 

Hah, that wasn't even a conscious thing- though it's funny in respect to my second character being named wvhat.

No bother at all~ (Though I do feel bad for going a bit off topic on this thread) but yes indeed! Also wow another reason to like Starbound, so far I've met a bunch of people who actually get Homestuck references and such, more than I can say about any other location of the web (mspaint forums aside)

And same honestly, they seem very common.
Though I guess it's peoples eagerness to name a planet Alternia. (Though no matter how much I love Homestuck, Im calling mine Gunsmoke when names are available. Because I love Homestuck, and I love Trigun, and in all fairness Trigun was there first).
