hmm maybe, normally it's for flash animations, but its easy to use and the line-tool is the best I've ever seen. But you can't draw high res. pics. like in photoshop or paint tool sai! Just give it a try and test the trial
Hope it's not too late, but do you reckon you could give my request a bit of similarity to Adam Jensen? Pretty much the sunglasses, trenchcoat and stoic experssion. A cyberpunk anthropomorphic lion would make a great fursona.
