Hmmm. I'm still running an older version of your modpack (that has clefs, tulip etc). If I update to the new one, get tulips stand-alone - will my old save work? Or do I have to start a new? (Got a giant ship I built with tulips mod with tons of resources and stuff)

could someone be more specific with the issues with the mysterious star mod issues, Because desert planets appear to be fine to me, Ive noticed peoples description in other mods stating it wont work with mysterious star mod, but so far so good for me :I

I just don't know if there is anything I am not noticing

 

I'd recommend with going with only the latest version but its up to you.[DOUBLEPOST=1431790403][/DOUBLEPOST]

Whenever you try mix various mods that modify universe you might end up with
*Server crashing while generating worlds because of incompatibility
*Balance messed up (too strong monsters... too little ore)
*Extremely long loading times

I tried to avoid all of this by just keeping the Frackin' Universe, i'm sure Mysterious Stars would work fine if it was updated constantly as well but i don't want to keep switching mods out whenever compatibility breaks.

I can't seem to craft Uranium Rods at the alloy furnace... Anyone else having this issue?

 

You need the breach reactor for that.

 

How do you craft that?

 

Part of Atomworks. You should be able to craft this at some vanilla crafting tables if you have the components.

most its taken to load is maybe 10 seconds, still thats rare. super easy to be OP or outrun monsters because of the healing droid, as for the ores, its an entire universe oh well thanks for replying n letin me no

 

ahhh crap

Your Starbound Crew needs an update since a lot of items now are renamed or changed in latest Stable, meaning you`re gonna get PGIs. Also tons of bugs reported.
Need to test Mysterious Stars more, at least 1 crash confirmed way back.

So its going to take some time until ill include these. Probably once fixed.

I'm not sure which mod causes this, but when I pick up a tar block, I get a recipe for Perfectly Generic Item.

 

Blocktable plus?
A lot of things were changed in Update 4 and Update 5. I guess things got renamed so some recipes are no longer tied to the correct items.

 

I believe we have a winner.
It's the Asphalt. It's spelled incorrectly as 'Ashphalt' in tar.matitem.patch.
