All the new updates are ONLY for Unstable right now.
I recommend to delete all mods and copy only the ones in the latest version for each update to be sure.

But I already deleted all mods and that brings me to the same error the only thing that still worked was my backup from before I installed the modpack.

 

I can't seem to be able to replicate the error, wierd, no idea how to fix too since i'm not getting it. Something is wrong. And it says its something to do with Player but none of my mods modify Characters in any way....

I assume its got something to do with windows file permissions and Starbound can't access the mod files. I had the same issue way back... it fixed itself somehow. No idea.

I just extract files, started Starbound. It works here.

 

I'll try to maybe install the mods in a fresh starbound folder that still works I hope it will fix the problem.

is there non-modpak?

 

Just download files separately or use only specific files. Nobody is forcing you to use this.

There might be issues in the future if i have to start making changes to make sure mods are compatible.

I'm running into a problem, the game was working fine up until yesterday, now every time i swing any melee weapon the game will freeze for... like no more then ten seconds and just close out, no errors pop up. I deleted all the mods for unstable, cleared my player and universe, then re-installed the mods, but i'm still running into that issue.

 

Unstable got updated. Odds are all the mods will be wonky until people start updating them

Just confirming that swinging swords on the stable release freezes then crashes the game. Not sure which mod it is., but I'll wait until the pack gets updated before I use it .

 

Confirming that crash; got into game and swinging a sword insta-crashed.[DOUBLEPOST=1422511879][/DOUBLEPOST]Did some testing, it is Wirefix that causes the crash.

Just started playing Starbound again after quite some time. I would like to use the full mod pack but I'm either stupid, confused, or this isn't actually a mod pack. I'll assume one of the former. =D It seems when I download it that their are only about 13 mods in the mod pack. I went dig around on mega that you had linked and the former packs have many times more. My first thought was to DL them all and just over write with the newer ones first that obviously didn't work. So are these 13ish mod packs all those mods merged or did the mod pack just get completely destroyed by an update? It will take me about 30 mins to make a bigger mod pack than this that works, but having a huge one that takes weeks to tweak handed to you on a silver spoon is way better. Thanks for any light you could shed. For all I know I may be installing it wrong. But it's safe to assume mods go in the mod folder. =D

 

Its got smaller because all those mods stopped working after an update.
