    How do I coal chunk?

    Coal Chunks are harvested from BetterMerchants' Coal Crystal plant. Use Solarium.

    @harley9699 not sure which mod it is, but is the pick one handed? Iirc, one handed picks need to be equipped on the other hand to mine backgrounds.

    You REALLY should write in mod description that button "download mod" wont download whole mod, but just last patch. I played almost week just with patch, and im not alone...

    Diamond pick. Have never had a problem with backgrounds before. Been with Starbound a long time, just started with this modpack though within the past few days.
    But, I have to admit, this is my first Diamond one.

    @AskalCanrith thanks for the help. Believe that pick is one-handed. Guess I never tried a platinum on BG, so don't know if it's one or two.

    I have an iron furnace.. it says smelt one iron bar and one coal ore in the furnace for making steel. But... there's only one input slot in my iron furnace for anything and nothing else I try makes steel?

    I can't seem to find the "New Stone Furnace" to craft IT either.. I must be doing something wrong.


    Edit 2: nevermind. I'm a moron and didn't see the steel bar crafting recepie that DOESN'T require coal chunks :zzz:
