WIP Rozy's experimental balance attempt mod.

So yeah. Patches.

Anyway I was attempting to make some things more sane for myself at least, so I thought I'd share it to see what people think of the values I chose here. Hopefully this is reasonable. I can't exactly go testing all the tiers or anything so please feel free to do some tweaking yourselves and say what seems good and fun.

Install this by dropping it right into your assets folder. Please DO back up your items folder before doing this if you don't wanna have to re-download to get the old files back.

Edit: You may wanna just pass up this mod. It's being fixed at a deeper level than I attempted. Mods if you see this post mind just wiping this topic? Thanks.

 

Most of your changes seem legit, id question a few numbers this is useful until the official patch hits.
