Reverse crafting

I would really like if they would put in, if your crafting with wood or stone or another material like that if you make the wrong thing you can craft it back to the material. Like...... crafting a wooden gate back into wood.

 

How the heck did you craft the wrong thing?!

 

I think the term is reverse engineering and yes this would be handy especially even for items you find like even weapons so you can make use of the garbage you collect.

 

I would like to be able to smelt down weapons/armor and tear apart blocks/objects for some returned materials. However, this should be done at a loss. I'd recommend a considerable loss, around 50%.

Or smash them into hydrogen atoms for fuel.

 

Even if it only gave you a portion of the materials, it would be nice to be able to break things down. I hate throwing stuff away all the time

 

Yip, that would be a nice feature. And it would be another step towards exploration and less mining

You won't need the hydrogen as fuel anymore, because the nuclear fission provides much more energy xD

 

Ya love those ideas so you dont have to just trash everything..
