The concept is very simple; everybody has the same mods or things start breaking.

Indeed, this is why there's so many mods for Starbound, the only mod community to beat chucklefish forums is the Nexus community, which also has Starbound-related content. (I'm a proud member of both!)

I don't know, but I assume somebody probably didn't.
So, I saw in the description that this is incompatible with modded SAIL computers. Does that mean it would be incompatible with Frackin Universe due to its additions to the SAIL interface? Also, what about A.V.I.A.N.?
I guess my real question is are the incompatibilities with the SAIL interface, or just the SAIL object itself?
This mod sounds really awesome, and I'm eager to try it, but... yeah, I'm pretty deep into a playthrough using both of those aforementioned mods.
One more question: If I've already completed the main story, would it affect my ability to get this mission?
Well nothing changes even if you have A.V.I.A.N. (I think)
I think you need to finish the main quest first (Ruin)
I'm afraid with Frackin Universe installed the mission won't be in your SAIL computer, but AVIAN should work fine. Also, you should be able to get the quest just fine so long as you've completed the quest to destroy The Ruin.
I guess they really need more hand-holding huh?
