Bug/Issue Return Scepter hitbox

Apparently when you use the scepter, despite your character disappearing you are still there, almost died in the skull cavern trying to escape the flying serpents and they hit me after disappearing, nearly killing me! i was fortunate that i had enough health to take the hit! pretty sure this is a bug as there shouldn't be a way for them to hit me after the screen is starting to fade.
