A quest to help restore the Grand Pagoda Library. Given by Koichi and once started the library becomes a place to visit normally where you meet up with the Hylotl salvage team. They ask for materials to start the repair process. After the library is fully repaired the next task would be to find new librarians. After that the library has its new grand opening and can function like the outpost with visitors even Florians if they behave themselves. You can bring your extra codexs and sale them to the library for extra pixels.
