Closed resolution bar in the start menu options

    minor graphical glitch.

    if you click the side buttons for resolution and then hit apply in the main menu options window, and do that a few times without closing the options window, the little marker will start to jump oddly and then it will stop before it gets out either side while there are still more resolutions in that direction.
