Bug/Issue Relationships Bug on Switch

Hi. I've been playing on the Nintendo Switch and there seems to be a bug on my game regarding relationships with bachelors and bachelorettes. The problem is that my heart level with them keeps increasing past 8, even though I didn't give them a bouquet. I realize that it is possible to have multiple 10 heart relationships with the characters, but I only gave a bouquet to one of them at this point and have achieved the ten hearts with another one without the bouquet. It doesn't show on the Social tab, but it does show the little purple star on their portraits when I interact with them and the 10 heart events are triggered. Is there something that can be done to correct this?
