    Hello,

Just wanted to report something I've noticed.

For those of you that dont know, you can turn on/off Vsync in Windows 7 by applying different themes (right click on your desktop and choose personalize). The default Aero theme has Vsync on, while the Windows Basic theme does not. This affects other programs as well, unless you are forcing Vsync per application at the driver level. When Vsync is on (Aero theme enabled), I've noticed the game tends to get randomly choppy, though the screen obviously doesn't tear. When Vsync is off (Windows Basic theme enabled), the screen tears as expected, but it also removes a lot of choppiness. Just an FYI

in conclusion, it appears the game is getting choppy in the same way every other game does (Vsync momentarily drops framerate to 30,20,15, and oscillates randomly between those framerates as your computer can handle them)
