All I thought was little girl+deathclaw+Geiger alien tail.

 

Just the legs, mostly, she has human legs. And overall she has three digits on each hand and the claws aren't as long.

Edit: But I like this one better than my idea of her.

SELF-IDENTITY AND HISTORY
Personality: Rude, and a little bit greedy.
Strengths: He is good in melee fights, and can mainly craft.. quite well.
Weaknesses(actually affects/could affect character or others): He isn't very good with guns, and is weak to electricity.
Backstory: When he was a child, Valyan was abused by his parents. They spat at him, called him useless, used electric Vanguard prods on him, and even hit him on the face and back with the blunt side of the blade on a Vanguard's Sword, and rarely even the sharp blade. Once he was 13, he ran away from his parents, and hacked into a ship. Ever since then, he wanted to join the Vanguard so he could fight for his kind, and expose his parents horrible actions. After he was 18, he was ambushed by Thelean ships, and went to a desert plant close to Vergak to escape the Theleans. However, using the ship's lazers, they shot Valyan's ship, and he crashed into Vergak. Due to the abuse he suffered, he lost respect in people, and that started to made him quite rude. The reason he was greedy is because he was trying to get enough Tokens of Merit to show his worth to his race, and the Vanguard.

Awesome app, however I ask that you revise your backstory a little bit, like with what I said for the other people, everyone's showing up on Vergak the same way.
ALSO, the Combat Stats are 2 points over the limit so I ask that you negate 2 points from any Combat Stat.
ALSO ALSO, the Transferable Stats are 4 points over the limit so if you could take away 4 points from the Transferable Stats then that would make your application 100% eligible to be accepted.
