Closed Refund (again)

    Sorry I have to make a new thread about it, but the last one was locked and the mod told me to email chucklefish for an update. Well, I emailed them a week ago and haven't received an answer, not even for the original emails sent 2 and a half weeks ago. As I said on my previous thread, I'm asking for a refund and I got denied one without a reason (see the other thread for more info). As I stated on the previous thread, I don't like to bring this kind of issues that should be dealt in private between me and Chucklefish support to public places, but I feel like I don't have any other alternative.

    Also, as said in the last thread, this is not a thread for any kind of public discussion, that's why it is in the In-game and Billing support, so please be civil if you post in this thread (althought I don't know why people who isn't staff would comment on this thread). I repeat, this is not the thread to discuss if I am entitled to a refund or the reasons why I'm asking for it, I will discuss that topic only with chucklefish staff because they are the ones with real authority on the issue.

    Also, please forgive me if I sound rude because that's not at all my intention. English is not my mother language and wording can be tricky.
     
  2. The answer you get from any person here (official or non) is going to be the same. Email the support group like you have been. Publicly posting your displeasure isn't going to solve anything nor is going to persuade them to revisit your case.
