Bug/Issue Recipes not awarded after Queen of Sauce viewing

I think this is a classic bug still persistent from 2016 (if steam community is correct).

No unusual behaviour:

• Wake up in morning
• Watch Queen of Sauce to receive recipe (Bruschetta)
• Complete day and go to bed
• Check the next day, and recipe is not logged as "seen/learned", image is silhouetted
• In XML editor, Bruschetta recipe's value is listed as 0 (as all other learned dishes)
• Windowed mode
• OSX Sierra 10.12.6
• Only have 1 other recipe to get, so not able to replicate bug
• No crashes on/around this incident during play
