its beta. most of the stuff they add will not be f'ing balanced.. 9/10 of the time its to test.. TEST IN A BETA.. too see if its working as intended then with each patch adjust it...

Guess ill have to list the common problems you guys sook about and explain to you the basic solution since you're too stupid to read the same thread as the last 10 -

You're playing a beta... ok again.. BETA. in phase 1... PHASE FUUUCKING 1. its stated several times that the beginning of the beta will require character wipes because of the way they're changing the game.
you lost 20 hrs playing a beta involving character wipes.. BETA .. waaah wah ITS STATED ITS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Wood was easily abused for an abundant amount of fuel.. making coal useless, why the f is it so hard to mine coal? its EVERYWHERE.. mine coal, actually explore the planet for more than 5 minutes and ud have more than enough coal to jump to another..

Wtf are you on about? sure they hurt a little.. but c'mon, you have no armor or weapon.. where is ore? underground? go mine.
with this patch ore is everywhere, I think they adjusted ore spawning a little too high. so just that alone cancels out you're excuse for the game being too hard. the best weapon just from the anvil is i think from memory 5 iron bars or something?
then you basically 1hit most monsters.. TOO EASY MAYN WTF? give them a f'ing break its not gonna be perfect just yet..

the games not going to be perfect. its far from it but is amazing either way, you guys should be appreciating the devs a little more. they're working their asses off and all you do is complain...

I don't blame you. There are better ways to vent though.

 

I don't agree with the presentation, but I am a bit peeved about the starter weapon being "bugged" when people aren't even reading the patch notes and thus it still has the old dps because they aren't making a new character.
If you make a new character like they recommend, the starter weapon has the intended base 5 dps.

 

Like going on a random ventrilo server and trying to speak Swahili

 

Happens in every game forum, people post but do not read, nothing new. DONT PANIC
