I knew it the whole time. This was a master ruse, to destroy generation's grades to come.

 

Sorry, it's my fault. I specifically asked Tiy NOT to release the game in the same month as my wedding. Also November is bad for me, because I'm doing positively nothing that month. It's my fault, really.

 

My finals was over like 2 months ago...

 

Remember this post you made here, for when you hold a job. Compare and contrast how much free time you have at that point and cry.

Seriously, I have to craft "free time" into my work schedule to break even.

Pretty good timing in my oppinion. Atleast if you're not a student anymore. This friday is also independence day in Finland so I get an extra day off this week.

 

when you work for the man, without kids or a family your free time is probably 20%.
ad a family and children free time drops to 5% (this is based off if they dont game)

 

Chucklefish didn't rob you of participating in this glorious event.
You chose to study, you chose to participate in finals, and you should be proud that you are choosing said actions. Study comes first!
I was lucky enough to have worked extra hard this semester and got most of my work out of the way early.

What are finals? Are that things young people do?
I'm sure there are other people on the planet who don't have these final things, or hey, have a job.

 

Just because OP is mad about the situation doesn't necessarily mean OP thinks the situation should be catered to one individual's wants/needs. I'm really annoyed by the timing, myself, but I completely understand that it's just one of those things and I'll get over it.

Considering that, do you think it's wrong for me to be unhappy about it. Am I not allowed to feel this way?

It seems rather extreme to tell me or the OP that we should have a certain feeling.

 

I only have 3 weeks of school then holiday break, and testing doesn't come for a couple weeks after that. My only qualm with the release day is I have an orchestra concert the same day, but I'm not mad about that at all.

 

lol. really? you do know that you could just wait till like one week before release before you start playing and thats it?

 

Look at it like this: when you finish your finals, you'll have plenty of time to play. And by that time, most of the really annoying, game-breaking bugs should already have been filtered out by the rest of us.

 

There is a big different between being unhappy about the game coming out at a time that doesn't work for you. (Which I believe is your situation)

and whining / blaming the Dev's for not releasing around your own particular life schedule (which the OP is doing)

But really I don't care... OP Troll is OP, and has gotten 3 pages and a Dev reply out of a thread that should have been locked 2 posts in.
