    Just tossing an idea out there, but something that would be fun to see with realism would be nerfing a lot of the healing items, to have more realistic healing regen.
    might be more effort then its worth though, idk if there's some way to patch that or if it would have to be done on a per item basis.

    It could be patched in so that healing is lessened but royal_fish's "Humble Healing" already does that job.
