well of course that was simply the vague version of it no one knows the real rating but I assure you that its way higher

That's why I rate the iced coffee I just had... A twinkle out of a sparkle.

 

It's not often you go to a gaming forum and find a post/comment as deep as this.

 

That's not the kind of rating's I have read, in fact I've never read a rating like that in my life..

 

Terraria had around 8 from a 0-10 list. Starbound with time as it gets more popular like Terraria will be able to achieve the 8-9 also.
It will get there, unless we have one huge disappointment at launch, what is unlikely.

 

So this is my Review of the game:

Game-play: As I booted up the game via imagination, nothing seemed as it was promised. Hardly any function worked and many times there seemed to be bugs which seemed to just completely erase anything you were doing and created a new "idea" or scenario. It felt almost as I were trying to play a dream or fictitious slide-show with no bearings in any cognition. I was highly disappointed in this regard and gave it a 0.1/10

Sound: The sound seemed to be a mash up of things that made no sense. They were recorded with little to no professionalism and for some reason every intro cut-scene had the voice of Morgan Freeman describing the race story-lines. Don't get me wrong, I love Morgan Freeman, but you simply cannot throw him in the game expecting him to sell it for you alone. The music was vibrant, but often I found myself drifting off into other songs via the "Windows Media Library" or some odd program external of the game. It was a hassle. I gave it a 0.2/10

Graphics: The graphics were by far the best part, but the issue I had was the pixelation. I understand that it is an art style and not a cheap way to save processing power, but i honestly believe the pixels could have had an HD pack or something. Some of the singular 1x1 pixels seemed bland and monocolored. They could have flourished and thrived with some sort of high definition colors. Other then that, the lighting system seemed fine, only it also needed a HD lighting pack. 0.7/10

Conclusion: This game by far lacks any reality. The game makes no sense and I wouldn't bother with it until they fix all the issues. This is by far the worst review I've ever given both score wise, and mash-up of my own feelings. I can't convey how broken hearted I am that this game was such a flop. Off I go to play Edge of space, which obviously is far better than this game and hasn't been rushed at all. I can't believe the Chucklefish team.

Final Verdict: 1/10 /satire
