Randomly Disconnecting

Game works fine in multiplayer then all of a sudden, people disconnect.

Internet is fine. No firewalls. It just randomly disconnects the players leaving host alone. Nothing triggering it either, no crash log, nothing.

Very frustrating obviously as we bought it to play multiplayer and it isn't working.

The only way it works is both of us uninstalling then reinstalling the game, and it works for another period of 5-20 mins.

Can't see anyone else with the problem... should we just get a refund? Any ideas?
