No, only to the upgrade with the kid's room. Found out myself on my friend's farm when I went to try to get the max upgrade to make my wallpapers/floors stable again(all ready had the kid's room one). Hopefully they'll fix the wall/floor thing soon(if today's patch didn't all ready do so) and it would be cool to maybe see the farmhands get the max upgrade as well if possible.
