I think it looks great!
I like the detail and shading you put into the gear especially!

Also, this seems very coincidental since I was thinking of Rakshasa minutes ago...

I think the face could use a little bit of work (maybe look at reference images of real tigers), but overall it looks awesome! I love the texture on the armor. c:

I like the way you did the back/foreground, simple yet effective, and the body looks great.

One thing that bugs me though, is the face, as in facial features.
The eyes, nose and mouth look a bit unnatural (?) compared to the rest of the head. Could be they look too small or just don't look like it belongs to that face.
Like Fetalstar said, looking at references of tigers would help immensely.

Apart from that, I really like the way it looks, especially the armor.
Hope to see more work from you in the future
